  Called and left a message on Monday. Waited 2 hours and didn't get a call back so I called again and got an answer. Guy didn't seem to know what was going on. Calls me back later and we talk plans for my baby's cremation. Tells me to call the next day. I call, I call again, I call once more and leave a message. I never get a call back. I go up there and the door is locked with the lights on. Nobody is in there. Never called them again. I used a wonderful service out in flushing for her cremation. Sorry I wasted my time with this place.

  Loyal Paws Cremation provides compassionate and affordable care. It's never easy to say goodbye to a loved fur baby, but they made it a little easier. I highly recommend them and can not thank them enough for their caring services.

  I can't think of anything strong enough to explain how happy I was with them. They were kind and compassionate and just amazing during a difficult time. Thank you!
